Description

Jaw Crusher, a type of crusher, is designed to reduce material, usually rocks, into small pieces. Jaw crusher machine uses motor as its power. Through the motor's wheels, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track. Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side-lee boardcan be crushed and discharged through the discharging opening.

Application

Jaw crusher can be used in mining, metallurgical industry, construction, road and railway building, conversancy, chemistry, etc. In mining industry, jaw crusher is preferable to be selected as primary machine for handling various coarse materials. Each crusher is designed to work with a certain maximum size of raw material, and often delivers its output to a screening machine which sorts and directs the product for further processing.
