Description

Spiral Separatos, which are also called sipral concentrators, are gravity devices that separate minerals of different specific gravity according to their relative movement in response to gravity, centrifugal force and other forces in the fluid medium.

GTEK Spiral separators incorporate state-of-the-art design and manufacturing technology. Our spiral separators are made of high quality polyurethane with fiberglass banking and wearable corundum inner surface.Generally there are 5 turns in one start and four starts in one column. They can be used for mienral particle sized from 0.02 to 0.3 mm, with processing capacity from 2 to 4 t/h per column. 4 or 6 columns can be joined to form a bank with distributor on the top to suit capacity requirements.

Application

Technical Specification

There are three distinct deck designs available. The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles sized from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.
